四川省仁寿第一中学校是首批办好的四川省重点中学，先后获得四川省国家级示范性普通高中，四川省最佳文明单位，四川省校风示范学校，四川省卫生先进单位，全国绿色学校，全国群众体育工作先进学校，全国培养体育后备人才试点学校，北京2008奥林匹克教育示范学校，中国名校等荣誉称号。学校始建于1764年，位于四川省仁寿县城南坛路257号，占地217亩。现有教职员工393人，其中特级、高、中级教师234人，高、初中教学班112个，在校学生约7800人。        学校环境优美，窗明几净，绿荫遍地，碧树成荫。教学设施齐备，教学技术先进，校园网络纵横，语音室装备一流，图书馆藏书丰富，演播厅气势恢弘，有一流的标准塑胶运动场和人造草坪足球场以及室内体育馆和能承办省级比赛的游泳池。学校承传“向学好善，思进有为”的办学理念和“自强不息，报效祖国”的校训，积淀形成“勤、诚、勇、朴”的校风，“自育育人”的教风和“自治治事”的学风。学校全面贯彻国家教育方针，全面推行素质教育。享誉世界的著名地质学家黄汲清先生毕业于仁寿一中，他为新中国的地质事业作了开拓和奠基工作，被授予中国科学院院士，俄罗斯科学院外籍院士称号。他为母校题词：“人出岷沱中心处应多人杰，地跨龙雁两江流堪称地灵”。2005年以来，该校升入本科院校的学生达70%，一批学生进入清华大学、北京大学、复旦大学、南京大学、浙江大学等著名高校学习。        四川省仁寿第一中学校师生，正以开拓进取的精神，抓住占地近300亩，可容纳6000名学生的新校区建设之机遇,努力把学校办成校风纯正、学风浓厚、特色鲜明、持续发展的现代化学校。 Renshou No.1 High School        Well known for its traditions as well as its excellently academic    level, Renshou No. 1 High School is among the first key schools across Sichuan.Additonally,it is honered with other titles, such as National Pacesetter High School, Most Civilized  Unit in Sichuan, School with Best Learning Atmosphere, Advanced Unit of Province Hygiene, National Green School, Nationally Advanced School for Mass Sports, Execllent Athletic Training Center of China, Beijing 2008 Olympic Education Model School  and National Prestigious School,etc. Founded in 1764, the school, covering an area of 217mu (around 14.5 hectares), is located at No. 257, Nantan road, Renshou County, 98km away from Chengdu, the capital of Sichuan. It possesses 393 faculty members, of  whom 234 teachers hold intermediate or senior professional positions. There are around 7,800 students in total, learning in 112 classes .        In respect of the environment, the school is beautiful with the classrooms unanimously bright  and clean, which are surrounded with lavishly green trees and blossoms. In terms of teaching faculties, it is well-equipped with an excellent school network, an advenced language lab and a first-class studio.
